Remember Jaadu from Hrithik Roshan and Preity Zinta’s Koi Mil Gaya? He was adorable, right? At least for most of us. In fact, after watching that movie, many wanted a Jaadu in real life as well. But it is quite the opposite in actor Ananya Panday’s case as she has quite a different impression of Jaadu. Yes! The Student Of The Year 2 star recently took to her Instagram stories to share her dilemma as she wants to rewatch Rakesh Roshan’s directorial venture but has fear and that is Jaadu.
Her INSTA post read, “Kinda wanna rewatch koi mil gaya but idk if I’m over my childhood fear of jaadu.” She then asks for ‘HELP’. In another story, she shared a close-up picture of Jaadu and exclaimed ‘Aaahhh’! LoL. It looks like the fear is real for Ananya! Well, we can only hope she gets over her fear. Meanwhile, Ananya has become an inspiration for many youngsters and they follow her fashion style and lifestyle but even she faces some drawbacks. Speaking of which, in a recent interaction, the 21-year old actor opened up about being body-shamed while growing up.
The Khaali Peeli actor said, "People used to say I look like a boy, flat screen. At that time it did hurt because those are the years where you are forming self-confidence. You are learning to love yourself and someone else is pulling you down when you really start doubting yourself.”
On the professional front, Ananya Panday will be next seen in a multi-lingual film, Liger, opposite Vijay Deverakonda which is touted to be a pan-India film. She also has Shakun Batra’s untitled next with Deepika Padukone and Siddhant Chaturvedi.
